2 – FEES & PAYMENT

2.1 - Fee Structure: The fee for tutoring services is as stated via email. The fee includes all tutoring, resources, weekly homework, travel to client’s home and a progress report, if requested, at the end of each tuition block.

2.2 - Payment Schedule:

When students sign up for tutoring, the parent/guardian will be invoiced for the cost of the half-termly block (generally 5-6 weeks). If a student cannot attend a tutoring session due to illness or absence, please give as much notice as possible via phone or email. No refund of course fees will be given automatically, or another time slot found, except at the discretion of the tutor. If a student/parent wishes to terminate the tutoring agreement part-way through a 6-week block, two weeks’ notice is required and a 50% cancellation fee will apply for any remaining sessions unless the place is filled by another student, in which case a full refund for any remaining sessions will apply.
